I have worked with Jonathan for over ten years during which time he has acted for me on a number of different projects.

The first scheme we worked together on was an innovative masterplan for a 6 acre site in the centre of Leeds, when Jonathan was with careyjones architects. He secured for Town Centre Securities an Outline Planning Approval for a pioneering mixed use scheme creating a sense of place and with a site density far in excess of the previous Planning Consent.

No 1 Whitehall Riverside was the first building that Jonathan completed for us on this scheme, which was a very successful office development. Also whilst at careyjones Jonathan prepared detailed proposals for further office buildings together with a host of scheme designs for other development options including MSCP, hotel and residential.

Jonathan headed up our joint bid with Yorkshire Metropolitan Housing Association for the Tower Works Eco site in Holbeck Leeds and assisted with the team assembly. More recently he has been working for us on office refurbishment studies in Leeds and Manchester, some of which will hopefully be implemented in the near future.

Jonathan has the ability to understand client aspiration and has broad skills from conceptual design right through to delivery. He is organised and shows great tenacity when dealing with complex projects that take a tremendous amount of time and effort to realise.

He has the ability to assemble and manage a strong team and leads by example, being very much a team player. He can have a tendency to take himself too seriously, but gets on with the job and will not accept any compromises on quality!

He certainly enjoys a challenge, he must do working with me, and I look forward to our next project together.........
