Proposals on this 128 acres site owned by T.A.White and Sons Ltd are for a major distribution centre located adjacent the M180. The proposed access road through the development has been designed to remove both the existing and proposed flow of heavy goods traffic from the local village by the introduction of two new roundabouts intersecting the existing route.
The low lying Northern section of the site is set aside for potential flood alleviation, freeing the remainder for up to 1.35 million sq ft of development. A variety of unit sizes are envisaged to maximise the flexibility of the site. All plots are provided with excellent yardage for both operational and parking facilities allowing efficient working.
The scheme also provides generous landscaped tree belts screening the development from local residents, whilst providing new and improved wildlife habitat.
